Orders on Amazon

Orders placed through our Amazon listing are fulfilled under the shipping speed, tracking, and return window shown on that listing at checkout.

Direct-store orders (at launch)

When direct checkout opens on voyaege.com, this page will carry the full direct-store policy — delivery estimates, freight handling for the Aero F1, and the return process — before the first direct order is taken. No direct orders are accepted until these terms are published here.

Damaged or defective on arrival

If your chair arrives damaged or defective, contact us right away via the Support Center. Warranty service is handled by our U.S.-based service and repair center.
